Bella Elegance Cabernet Franc 2023 is a monovarietal Cabernet Franc wine produced in the Viseu region, under the Terras do Dão IGP geographical indication. It comes from a 50‑hectare estate, 23 of which are planted, and stands out for its sustainable viticulture, high density, and fully dry‑farmed approach that yields concentrated, flavor‑rich grapes with pronounced minerality. The sandy granite soils of high quality, known as “granite podre” or “granite nobre,” combined with a continental climate influenced by proximity to the Dão River, give the wine its identity and precision. The Bella Elegance range showcases the fruit’s purity, revealing seductive aromatic layers and an enveloping texture, while the Dom Bella line offers more structured wines with wood aging. The 2023 Cabernet Franc displays a vibrant character focused on varietal expression, with natural freshness and aromatic depth. It should be served between 12 °C and 14 °C to best highlight its elegance. The ideal storage is in a cool, dry place at 12 °C to 14 °C, protected from direct light and sudden temperature fluctuations.
