Mielero is a sweet white wine whose name comes from the estate where the Riesling grapes are sourced, a place where bees—amid flowers and vines—produce honey. The blend also includes local Garnacha blanca and the Gewürztraminer, more common in Central European wine regions. It is made naturally, with fermentation stopped by drastically cooling the must, preserving 44 g of residual sugar. The wine is indulgent, with a prominent white fruit bouquet and a full, vibrant, and balanced palate.
