Born on those impossibly steep Beira Interior slopes, this Beyra is a wonderfully unapologetic testament to rustic charm. Crafted from hand-picked Síria, Fonte Cal and Rabo de Ovelha grapes – vines boasting centuries of history and granite soils – it delivers an unexpectedly mineral complexity. The native yeast fermentation results in a vibrant expression of citrus and white fruit, with a distinctive nettle note, and a delightful floral finish. Quite a journey to 700 metres above sea level, wouldn't you say? – and a wine brimming with freshness, ready for a relaxed moment or a light meal.
