Beyra Organico Branco

Description

This Beyra Organico is a truly refreshing and elegant wine, certainly deserving of its 16 points. The Sauvignon Blanc and Alvarinho grapes play beautifully together, offering bright citrus notes reminiscent of lime and bergamot, with a subtle, almost hesitant floral touch. The careful use of the lees gave it a wonderfully surprising burst of texture on the palate, making it perfect alongside some fresh seafood – perhaps a classic shellfish rice with clams.
