The stainless steel fermentation, paired with an 8-month aging in used French oak, promises a delightful balance of the vibrant Touriga Francesa, Aragonez and Touriga Nacional. Expect a fresh, elegant wine; it’d be fantastic with some perfectly grilled vegetables or even smoked tofu, wouldn’t it?
