Initially quite taut, it unfolds with floral and fruity notes, underpinned by a distinctly earthy complexity – a touch of genuine sophistication. A powerful, yet restrained wine, with a wonderfully fresh finish that suggests a good ageing potential; ideally paired with grilled beef, wouldn’t you agree?
