This Tiago Cabaço “Blog” bottling certainly delivers an intriguing experience for Alentejo lovers. The blend of Petit Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet reveals a wonderfully complex aromatic profile – a bit of a surprise, really. The Touriga Nacional brings its signature floral and fruity notes, while the Petit Syrah, predictably bold, adds a welcome spicy kick. And the Alicante Bouschet, known for its vibrant character and refreshing acidity, provides a lingering freshness. It’s a remarkably balanced wine, showcasing the producer’s usual audacity, and would be absolutely superb with a perfectly grilled steak.
