La Muela and El Cenajo are situated at almost 1,000 metres altitude, and both vineyards are around 70 years old. Servil is composed mainly of Monastrell, with Moravia Agria, Blanquilla, and Rojal – native varieties that complete the blend of this organic red. Its production is limited, resulting in a wine that is fruity, fresh, and with great minerality.
