Description

This Aalto bottling seems to have had a spirited debate with the oak – 17 months in new French and American barrels – resulting in a noticeable intensity. The Aragonez, as expected of this grape, delivers ripe fruit, but the oak aging adds a welcome complexity. It’s a wine best enjoyed with a perfectly grilled beef dish to really sing.
