This Godello from Bodegas Mauro is a rather intriguing affair – fermented in amphora, no less! It seems this rustic method has imparted a wonderfully earthy character and a vibrant freshness, clearly reflecting its origins. Perfect, I’d say, with a good grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon. A remarkably clever choice.
