Description

Boizel The prestige cuvée from Casa Boizel was first released under the guidance of René Boizel, who chose the exceptional and memorable year 1961 to debut his Joyau. The essence of the craft, Joyau de France embodies the perfect harmony of Champagne’s great terroirs. It is a blend of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40 % Chardonnay (10 % of which is vinified in oak barrels). After a long period of aging in the cellars, the wine is very lightly dosed to accentuate the typicity of this outstanding vintage. Only the juice from the first press is used to compose this remarkable Champagne. **Pairing** Joyau is an ideal Champagne to accompany refined dishes such as grilled sea bream, Bresse chicken with songbirds, or roasted black pork from Bigorre. **Allergen information** Contains sulfites.
