Each of these crus contributes its own dignified character: a floral note from Chouilly, the minerality of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the power of Avize, and the elegant fruit of Vertus. As these Chardonnays mature, they develop the fullness and length that make La Côte an excellent champagne, blending delicacy with personality.
