Boizel O Champagne Boizel Brut Reserve is the pinnacle of the Boizel family's savoir-faire and the flagship of the House’s style. The blend delivers a balance of precision and complexity. The Champagne Boizel Brut Reserve is magnificent as a generous aperitif and equally delightful throughout a meal. It is particularly enhanced with shellfish and grilled fish. **Vinification:** The Brut Reserve cuvée is a blend of the three Champagne grape varieties: 35 % Chardonnay, chosen for its floral bouquet and elegance; 40 % Pinot Noir, for its finesse and structure; and 25 % Meunier, for its fruitiness and roundness. The grapes used come from about thirty different cru sites. Only the juice from the first pressing is used.
