The colour is a beautiful straw yellow, bright and clear. The effervescence is wonderfully delicate, with light, swirling columns of bubbles. The nose offers an expressive and fresh character, opening with notes of white blossom (hazelnut) that evolve into a refined fruity elegance, with hints of white peach and apricot, alongside citrus and pastry nuances. On the palate, the wine possesses a seductive texture, simultaneously fresh and smooth, perfectly balanced. The aromas develop further with concentrated notes of crystallized pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and persistent.
