Description

The colour is a beautiful straw yellow, bright and clear. The effervescence is delicately bubbly, with light, swirling columns of foam. On the nose, it’s expressive and fresh, opening with notes of white blossom (hazelnut) that lead to a fruity elegance, with hints of white peach and apricot, alongside citrus and pastry nuances. On the palate, the wine’s texture is seductive, simultaneously fresh and smooth, well-balanced. The aromas develop further with concentrated notes of crystallized pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and persistent.
