The colour is a bright, straw-like gold. The effervescence is delightfully fine, with light, swirling columns of bubbles. The nose reveals expressive and fresh aromas, beginning with white blossom notes – hawthorn – leading to a graceful fruity elegance with hints of white peach and apricot, alongside citrus and a touch of pastry. On the palate, the wine’s texture is utterly seductive, simultaneously fresh and smooth, perfectly balanced. Further development brings concentrated notes of crystallized pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and persistent.
