Founded in 1955, Adega de Borba was the first of a series of cooperatives established in the Alentejo. Today it brings together 300 associated growers who cultivate about 2,000 hectares of vineyards. Constantly seeking to improve the quality of its products, Adega de Borba is undertaking an ambitious project to bring growers closer to the cooperative, instilling in them a passion for producing great wines.
