Graeme & Julie Bott Kamaka Syrah Terroir de Seyssuel comes from the prestigious terroir located opposite Côte-Rôtie, a site dating back to Roman times. It was devastated by phylloxera and revived in the late 1990s thanks to the work of several leading vignerons in the Northern Rhône Valley. New Zealand winemaker Graeme Bott named his reinterpretation of Seyssuel kāmaka, which in Māori means "rock" or "stones," to highlight its character-defining nature. The result is one of the most elegant and refined wines from Graeme & Julie, with a perfect balance between concentration and freshness and a seductive floral profile.
