This brandy is crafted from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, yielding approximately 90 litres of spirit per tonne of fresh grapes. It’s a truly concentrated brandy, producing “fine alquilara” – a remarkably potent spirit – destined to create a distinctive, highly-aged “vino” brandy, unlike anything else you’ll find.
