This brandy is crafted from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, yielding approximately 90 litres of spirit per tonne of fresh grapes. It’s a truly authentic sultana brandy, renowned for producing exceptionally fine “holandas” – a term referring to the incredibly concentrated base spirit – that deliver a flavour profile unlike any other. It’s a remarkably intense spirit, perfect alongside dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
