This exceptional brandy is crafted from the wines of our estate, following a 13-year aging process mirroring our acclaimed “DIEZ MIL BOTELLAS” eau-de-vie. Initially distilled from Pedro Ximénez grapes, the alcohol is aged in 750-liter chestnut-lined oak barrels – previously imbued with our PX wine – resulting in a remarkably balanced profile. The chestnut’s respect for the PX’s sweetness is perfectly countered by the oak’s characteristic astringency. Remarkably consistent, the barrel selection – judged solely on sensory evaluation – yields fewer than 100 bottles per tonne of fresh grapes, creating a truly singular spirit.
