The vines are between 33 and 41 years old, with a controlled yield of 50 hectolitres per hectare. Harvest date: 30 September 2023. Winemaking and maturation: Fermentation and maceration in stainless‑steel vats for about 20 days. Full malolactic fermentation. 14 months in oak barrels. Bottling: May 2025.
