Description

The Bustelo Arinto Reserva white is made from hand‑harvested grapes, with winemaking carefully managed from the moment they arrive at the cellar. After destemming and immediate pressing, the must is chilled and subjected to static decantation, followed by a slow, low‑temperature fermentation. After fermentation, the wine ages for three months on fine lees, gaining greater complexity and texture.
