Employing total délestage and pneumatic pressing, the winemaking clearly prioritizes a clean, minimal approach. The slow fermentation at 15°C, coupled with two months of batonnage in stainless steel, delivers a bright acidity and a wonderfully refreshing character, beautifully balanced by the structure of the Touriga Nacional and Aragonez grapes.
