This Cabriz Organic is a delightfully cheerful wine, bursting with aromas of ripe fruit and florals – largely thanks to the classic touch of Encruzado. It’s a vibrant expression of the Dão, with the Arinto adding a welcome freshness, and the Malvasia Fina contributing delicate aromatic nuances. Absolutely lovely with grilled fish or a fruit salad.
