The National Winery commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that normally reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even sealed, evolves over time, affecting its aromas. Thus the National Winery cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, which helps release its natural aromas after many years closed.
