O Câmbio Blanc de Noir Grande Escolha White is crafted exclusively from the Aragonês grape, giving rise to a wine that showcases a distinct expression of this red variety. After fermentation it spends a month aging in French oak barrels, gaining greater complexity and elegance. It presents a bright, nearly transparent appearance, with a subtle metallic hue. The aroma is highlighted by notes of ripe fruit, lychee, and green apple, complemented by mineral nuances and a delicate vegetal note. On the palate it reveals a rounded profile, good body and balanced acidity, providing an elegant and harmonious ensemble. The finish is fresh, long and persistent, reflecting the originality of this Blanc de Noir. Pitada Verde is a family venture founded in 2009 in the heart of Ribatejo, dedicated to producing quality wines in the Tejo Region. With about 30 hectares of vineyards spread across the three Tejo sub‑regions (Bairro, Charneca, and Campo), it seeks to take advantage of the diversity of terroirs to create authentic and balanced wines. All grapes are produced under Integrated Production, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticultural practices. In the cellar, the use of gravity during vinification reduces mechanical intervention on the wine, preserving fruit integrity and varietal expression.
