Can Descregut Vermell Branco

Description

The Can Descregut Vermell takes its name from the grape used in its production, Xarel·lo vermell (or Xarel·lo vermelho). The Catalan winery was a pioneer in 2005, creating a wine from this native variety—an endangered grape—whose thick, red skin provides greater aromatic complexity. It is a white wine that pays tribute to tradition while looking toward a promising future, as symbolised by its label featuring a child‑drawn sketch of a red Xarel·lo bunch.
