Born from a fervent desire to showcase the immense potential of the Dão region, this wine was meticulously crafted, seeking out specific “seasoning” – the ideal grapes – from small vineyard plots. The result is a singular wine of world-class quality, born from a deliberate selection of kilograms of grapes from diverse, almost entirely centenary vineyards across varied soils and altitudes. It’s a blend of typical Dão varieties, including Esgana Cão, Rabo de Ovelha, Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Douradinha and Barcelo, promising a complex and exciting experience.
