Produced at Herdade da Figueira de Cima, this white wine springs from vines planted at about 400 metres altitude, on granite soils with excellent drainage and strong sun exposure, under the influence of the Serra de São Mamede. In the glass it reveals an elegant and balanced profile, with fresh citrus and white fruit notes, wrapped in a subtle mineral component. On the palate it offers good structure and harmonious acidity, with a smooth texture resulting from a period of fining, finishing with a persistent and refined finish. Slow fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control, followed by four months of fining, confers greater complexity and creaminess. The final batch is created before bottling, with an additional aging in the bottle. Style: A modern Alentejo white that blends freshness, elegance and structure, ideal both for young consumption and to accompany meals. Perfect with grilled fish, shellfish, white meat dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. It is also versatile for more elaborate meals.
