A crystal‑clear white wine, with a citrine hue tinged with greenish nuances, produced in the Bairrada region from 100% Arinto grapes. It offers a youthful aroma, intense fruity notes, and a fresh, elegant and harmonious profile. The vinification involves total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static de‑foaming, and alcoholic fermentation at 18 °C, followed by batonnage for three months. Ideal for pairing with light dishes, served at 8 °C. Alcohol 12.5 % vol, total acidity 6.1 g /L and pH 3.20. A vibrant wine with excellent structure, minerality and gastronomic potential.
