The Salicornio Malvasía takes its name from the halophyte plant that grows in brackish soils, hinting at the character of the white grape that defines it, cultivated in isolation on Villena soils with an unusual salt content. Its maturation under a floral veil in concrete tanks, after a brief skin contact, imparts a very special complexity.
