It is one of Casa Castillo’s jewels, crafted by his son, José María Vicente. A Monastrell single‑varietal from old vines, it has great aging potential and evolution. Its floral structure, with black fruit and spices, is covered by a formidable freshness on the palate, not without power, and by a subtle limestone texture that makes it a fragrant and elegant wine.
