Casa da Passarella A single‑varietal wine produced under unique conditions, using ancient winemaking methods. Made in Portugal, in the D.O.C. Dão region, sub‑region of Serra da Estrela, this wine comes from poor granite soils and a mountainous climate. Crafted from Tinta Pinheira, harvested in 2019, it was vinified traditionally in a stone press with partial sur lie, then aged for six months in concrete vats. Ready to drink now, yet with good bottle‑aging potential. Winemaker: Paulo Nunes. Awards 94/100 – Wine Enthusiast (2017) 17.5/20 – Grandes Escolhas (2018)
