We are facing a producer that has risen from the ashes. He came to stay and write a new story, but the house’s history is ancient, dating back to the 19th century when it was built. Great wines were born here and from these vineyards. Who doesn’t remember the P63, then vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate had it abandoned to the wine world, leaving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. It also wanted the new owner to be a person of good taste, extremely dedicated to making and doing it well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, to write a new chapter in the history of this house and the Dão region. The wines are excellent, crafted with rigor and a great desire to do the best.
