We are faced with a producer who has risen from the ashes. He came to stay and write a new story, but the history of this house dates back to the 19th century, when it was built. Great wines were born from this house and its vineyards. Who can forget the P63, then vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate had the house “abandoned” to the wine world, leaving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. Fate also wanted the new owner to be someone of good taste, of extreme dedication to make and do well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, to write a new chapter in the history of this house and in the Dão region. The wines are excellent, made with rigor and a great desire to do the best.
