We are looking at a producer who has risen from the ashes. He has come to stay and write a new story, but the history of this house is old, dating back to the 19th century when it was built. Great wines were born from this house and its vineyards. Who can forget the P63, which at the time was vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate had it that the place was “abandoned” from the wine world, leaving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. Fate also had the new owner be a person of good taste, extremely dedicated to doing and doing it well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, to write a new chapter in the history of this house and the Dão region. The wines are excellent, made with rigor and a lot of desire to do the best.
