Casa das Gaeiras white wine is 100 % made from the Maria Gomes grape, also known as Fernão Pires. As Portugal’s most classic white grape, it is a variety with strong character, offering intense aromas and flavours; yet in the Atlantic terroir it gains an unusual freshness, liveliness and elegance. Casa das Gaeiras is situated in the vitivinicultural sub‑region of Lisboa, Óbidos. The estate focuses on limited production for niche markets, reflecting the tradition and typicity of the region’s white wines. The excellent terroir enables the creation of high‑quality wines that are recognised nationally and internationally for their remarkable freshness and mineral notes. (illustrative image only)
