This Pita-Nat from Casa de Mouraz is a fizz that’s delightfully disruptive. The pale straw colour hints at the lightness to come, while the delicate, long-lasting bubbles promise a vibrant character, very much in keeping with the freshness of the Dão terroir. It’s a wine that demands a generous charcuterie board, or perhaps a particularly indulgent francesinha – a truly glorious pairing.
