The nose bursts with black cherry and blackberry, elegantly spiced with hints of warm spices, likely a result of the predominantly Trincadeira grapes. It’s a smooth wine with well-integrated tannins, certainly enjoyable, and pairs beautifully with a rich black pork dish, if I may say so.”
