On the palate it is harmonious and sophisticated, with great elegance and a long finish. Located in the Dão region, Casa de Santar is a 17th‑century estate surrounded by hedge gardens, boxwood, and flower labyrinths; the wine is produced in granite cellars that yield high‑quality wines, housed in a structure with a 400‑year historical pedigree.
