Casa de Sezim vineyards are located 250 metres above sea level, facing south and southwest. The granite‑sandy soils are acidic and low in organic matter. Grapes are produced using integrated farming methods. The wine ages for five months in stainless steel with bâtonnage, followed by low‑temperature controlled fermentation.
