Casa de Vilacetinho Palhete is made from Vinhão grapes with minimal skin contact, resulting in reduced extraction. During fermentation it is allowed to macerate with Avesso grapes for six days. This process produces a red wine with a bright, open color and a high degree of freshness and elegance. The wine is produced without added sulfites and is left unfiltered and unclarified. It is fermented in stainless‑steel vessels and then matures in ceramic containers.
