Let’s just say this Carbelnet Sauvignon from Chile isn’t messing around. It’s delivering a seriously intense experience, with those characteristic red fruit notes alongside a distinct graphite edge – a devilishly good touch, really. The terroir clearly plays a part, adding a vibrant energy and a long, lingering finish. I’d recommend pairing it with duck – a delightfully dramatic combination, wouldn’t you agree?
