The natural, complete malolactic fermentation, coupled with a portion fermented with the stems, has produced a strikingly clear white wine brimming with notes of elderflower and mirabelle plum, swiftly developing into fig compote and a hint of caramel. On the palate, it’s a complex and elegant experience, boasting a luxurious texture suggesting it will reward further maturation.
