It presents a clear appearance and a deep ruby color with faint brownish tones. On the nose it offers a rich aroma dominated by red fruit jelly, with subtle dried fruit hints and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fruity and soft, with good structure and balance, resulting in an elegant and harmonious whole. The winemaking includes full destemming and fermentation at a controlled 26 °C, with gentle punch-downs. The wine is then aged in second‑use barrels, adding complexity and equilibrium. It pairs well with roasted meats, traditional Portuguese dishes, and aged cheeses.
