The Bairrada DOC Blanc de Noir Baga Brut Zero Dosage 2020 is an excellent sparkling wine, made exclusively from the Baga grape (100 %), one of the most emblematic varieties of the Bairrada region. This sparkling wine expresses the identity of the grape in a pure way, combining intensity, elegance and great complexity. The 2020 harvest yielded a base wine of high quality, subjected to careful and refined vinification, followed by sparkling wine production by the traditional method (champagne method). The second fermentation took place in the bottle, with an extended aging of 48 months sur lie in cellar, which contributes to its aromatic depth, creamy texture and remarkable persistence. It is a Brut Zero Dosage, revealing total purity and precision, without added sugar. In the sensory profile it presents an abundant, fine and crisp mousse, with great vivacity. The Baga grape manifests itself with intensity and complexity, balanced by vibrant freshness, firm structure and a long, persistent and joyful finish that prolongs the pleasure of tasting.
