Casa dos Amados Todos Brut Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine from the Bairrada region made from Arinto, Bical, Maria Gomes and Cercial grapes. It offers a fresh and elegant profile, reflecting the region’s tradition of producing quality sparkling wines. The vinification is followed by secondary fermentation using the champagnes method, with an 18‑month sur‑lie ageing in cellar, which adds aromatic complexity and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers delicate fresh fruit aromas, citrus notes and faint nuances of toasted bread. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and creamy, with a long and pleasant finish. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish, fish and light starters.
