Vinification: It is vinified at Quinta da Leda Winery, using refined technology, from lots of grapes sourced from the Leda, Seixo, Caêdo, Sairrão and Porto estates. The grapes are vinified either by varietal or in vineyard‑selected lots. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are sent to stainless‑steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place. A long, gentle maceration is carried out at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is performed in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for about 24 months in French oak barrels. The final batch is assembled based on the selection of the best wines, resulting from numerous tastings and analyses carried out during this period. To preserve the highest quality, it is only filtered before bottling. Suggestions: Ideal to pair with cheeses, red meat dishes and game. Store horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at 16–18 °C. Consume in moderation.
