Vinification: Grapes sourced from the Douro Superior sub‑region, our own estates, and growers who preferably cultivate vineyards at higher altitudes. After destemming and gentle pressing, only the best‑quality must is selected. Following a low‑temperature decantation, a long alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless‑steel tanks at controlled temperature. During the period spanning the alcoholic fermentation and the final batch production, the wines are subjected to numerous tastings and analyses to refine their quality. After a brief stage in stainless‑steel vessels to preserve all varietal and fermentative aromas, the final batch is produced after careful selection, clarified and stabilised, before bottling. Suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany grilled fish, sushi, or white‑meat dishes. Ready to drink. The full quality of this wine can be appreciated after bottling, staying in optimal conditions for about two years. Store the bottle horizontally, away from light and heat. Serve at a temperature of 8 °C to 10 °C. Consume in moderation.
